Permission Form for Your Child's Use of Imaginabulous™ Guided Imagery Downloads in School
Dear Parent/Guardian of:

Your child has been selected by school staff to be included in a program we are offering at school to help students better calm and regulate their emotions and/or behaviors. This program allows the student to use our Imaginabulous™ Guided Imagery Downloads at school when the student or their teacher feel they need a fifteen to twenty minute break from regularly scheduled classes to relax and be reminded of their calming skills, positive affirmations, healthy social or emotional-expression skills, self-esteem building, etc. You are welcome to come and listen to any or all of them before giving your child permission to participate, if you wish.
The school will suggest an option that is relevant for your child or we will allow your child to choose which download they would like to listen to. We have found that these positive, uplifting tools are very helpful in getting children to learn important coping and calming skills so they can better focus and learn in class.
